A Friendly Team You Can Rely On
About us
MIPA is a North West-based joinery, construction and property services contractor delivering projects for residential, commercial and public-sector clients.
Operating across the region from our Warrington and Preston bases, our team delivers everything from specialist joinery and responsive maintenance through to planned works, commercial refurbishments, extensions and complete multi-trade construction projects.
We work with homeowners, housing associations, local authorities, developers, principal contractors, facilities management providers and commercial organisations, providing the flexibility to undertake both individual works and larger programmes across multiple properties or sites.
MIPA has grown from a specialist joinery business into a wider construction and property services company while retaining the workmanship, responsiveness and attention to detail on which the business was built.
Where We Work
We’re based in the North West and cover areas including Warrington, Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Wigan, Blackpool and nearby towns. Whether it’s one door or a full kitchen, our team and vans are always out helping customers improve their homes.
Meet the Team
MIPA started with a group of friends who wanted to offer reliable, high-quality joinery without the hassle. After providing a great service to a smaller customer base, due to our success we’ve expanded but remain a close-knit team that works hard, takes pride in our craft and enjoys delivering great results for every customer.
